Job Summary

Drive CRM-driven engagement and revenue by planning, personalising, and optimising email/SMS campaigns across segmentation, journeys, and A/B testing, while aligning with trading plans and cross-functional teams.

  • Own CRM calendar and workflow, delivering targeted campaigns and journey templates
  • Analyse performance and iterate using data to lift open, click, conversion, and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce and design to support launches, partnerships, and subscriber growth

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build and send targeted email & SMS campaigns
  • Support product launches, promotions and seasonal activity
  • Deliver personalised, segmented communications that drive engagement
  • Analyse campaign performance (open rate, click rate, conversion)
  • Run A/B tests to improve results
  • Identify opportunities to increase retention and customer lifetime value
  • Manage the day-to-day CRM campaign calendar
  • Ensure all campaign assets (copy, imagery, links) are accurate
  • Support sales events, brand partnerships and promotional activity
  • Work closely with marketing, ecommerce and design teams

Requirements

  • Experience in CRM, email marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data and performance
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Attentive, Klaviyo, Braze, Adobe)
  • Confidence using ecommerce tools (ideally Shopify)
  • Understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance
  • Experience in ecommerce or retail
  • Familiarity with tools like Gleam

Preferred

  • Interest in cycling, triathlon or endurance sports
