Responsibilities

• Dashboarding and reporting for performance and pipeline
• CRM data analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities
• HubSpot platform administration, config and integrations
• Drive CRM adoption and best practices across the firm
• Data quality, governance, GDPR compliance, and housekeeping
• User support, training and guidance material for HubSpot users
• Run data checks, cleansing, deduplication and enrichment
• Manage external providers and cross-functional CRM projects
• Monitor HubSpot updates and implement improvement opportunities
• Deliver training sessions and maintain user guides

Requirements

• Experience in CRM administration or data-focused role in professional services
• Hands-on HubSpot or similar platform configuration, reporting and workflows
• Data stewardship including cleansing, de-duplication and enrichment
• Strong data management knowledge: quality, segmentation
• GDPR knowledge and proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement and training delivery
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Proactive continuous improvement mindset

Preferred

• Hybrid working familiarity and ability to operate in cross-functional teams
• Experience delivering large-scale CRM projects with external partners
• Strong analytical storytelling and data visualization capabilities
