Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Creative Manager will lead and oversee the development of innovative cultural projects, manage creative strategies, and enhance branding initiatives.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating storytelling processes, ensuring alignment with branding objectives, fostering collaboration within creative teams, and maintaining quality in all creative outputs.
  • You will serve as a key liaison among stakeholders to bring concepts to life and ensure the projects align with the organization’s mission.

Requirements

  • Strong Creativity Skills and proven ability to develop innovative ideas
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Experience in Creative Strategy and Branding to guide project development and execution
  • Proficiency in collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Creative Arts, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area and adapt to dynamic working environments

Preferred

  • Previous experience in cultural or creative industries is an advantage
