Job Summary
Own the production and scaling of creative for a fast growing D2C brand, building scalable workflows, a trusted freelancer network, and performance-driven creative across paid and organic channels.
- Lead creative execution across paid social, organic content, website, campaigns, launches and packaging.
- Build simple, scalable ways of working to maintain quality at pace and enable growth.
- Develop a production network and process improvements to speed output and raise creative quality.
Job Description
- Help shape creative that feels culturally relevant, platform-native and commercially effective.
- Lead the creative execution across paid social, organic content, website, campaigns, packaging, founder content and product launches.
- Raise the quality and consistency of everything we put into the world.
- Production planning
- Timelines and budgets
- Booking locations, talent and freelancers
- Managing photographers, videographers, editors and stylists
- Leading shoots on set
- Delivering high-quality creative at pace
