Job Summary

Own high level creative direction for a sports-leaning ecommerce brand, spanning digital campaigns, on-site visuals, and cross-functional storytelling with brand integrity in mind.

  • Digital Campaign Ownership: conceive and oversee paid, social, and email programs to drive brand and product narratives.
  • On-site Creative Leadership: shape homepage to product pages with a conversion-minded visual language in collaboration with an ecommerce partner.
  • Team and Brand Stewardship: mentor designers, push video/ motion formats, and ensure ad hoc briefs align with brand and business goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns - conceiving, directing, and overseeing creative across paid, social, email, and seasonal campaigns end-to-end in partnership with our marketing leadership.
  • Bring the brand to life on-site - owning the creative direction of visual merchandising on our website in partnership with our ecommerce agency, from homepage to product pages, ensuring everything is on-brand and conversion-aware.
  • Collaborate across the business - working with trading, marketing, and product teams to ensure creative output supports commercial goals without losing brand integrity.
  • Lead by example - Providing guidance and feedback to midweight and junior designers
  • Take our creative to the next level - Exploring and introducing new formats such as video and motion where appropriate
  • Get stuck into other creative missions - from brand moments and product launches to one-off briefs that don't fit a neat box, you're up for it.
  • Solid experience in a similar creative role, ideally senior, within an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer business. We want to be sure you understand the rhythm and workflow of an in-house team.
  • A strong track record of consistently conceptualising and producing digital marketing campaigns across social, paid, and email. Ideally we want to see examples of multiple campaigns for the same brand in your portfolio.
  • Fluency with digital design and brand application, particularly through video. You understand what works on small screens and are happy working with any and all design tools to get it done. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a must. Experience with motion or video (eg After Effects) is highly desirable
  • Confident working both strategically and executionally. You can write a creative brief and then make it happen. Ability to lead projects and support more junior team member

  • Benefits
    • £50,000 - £60,000k per annum dependent on experience
