Job Summary

Own the creative bar across video, design, brand storytelling, and every Grow Acquisition output, while aligning closely with the founder and Dubai team to ship daily with voice and quality.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative bar across video, design, brand storytelling, and every output that carries the Grow Acquisition name
  • Partner directly with the founder, the team in Dubai, and the editors and designers shipping daily
  • Lead the team and direct editors, designers, shooters, motion—without crushing their voice
  • Make calls without checking in and own the outcome
  • Identify visual issues and fix them before it ships
  • Set the standard so the team rises to it instinctively

Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior creative leadership in a personal-brand, agency, or production-house environment
  • Location: United Kingdom (on-site)
  • Portfolio that proves you’ve led work, not just made it
  • Genuine taste with a point of view
  • Editorial sensibility — warm minimalism, walnut/stone aesthetic
  • Track record directing creatives — editors, designers, shooters, motion
  • Comfort pushing back on the founder when it matters, and aligning fast when it doesn’t
