Job Summary

Own the creative social content engine end to end, turning studio work into platform-ready posts while optimizing for engagement and reach across channels.

  • Content pipeline ownership: manage assets, edits and posting cadence to deliver polished, timely social content.
  • Platform and community focus: adapt formats with tools like After Effects or Canva, grow a responsive audience, and keep brand tone consistent.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Take finished studio work , CG, VFX, animation, colour and rework it into compelling, platform-ready social content
  • Own and manage the full content pipeline: chasing producers for assets, credits and edits, ingesting everything and turning it into polished, well-timed posts
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar across all platforms
  • Write copy and captions that are on-brand, engaging and unmistakably Covert
  • Use After Effects, Canva or similar tools to adapt and reformat content for different platforms and formats
  • Monitor and analyse performance - review hook rate, engagement, reach, CTR — and use those insights to continuously improve what we put out
  • Maintain and grow SEO performance across the website
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes and what's actually working in the social space right now
  • Build and grow our community , engaging with followers, responding thoughtfully and fostering real connection
  • Ensure everything we publish is consistent with our brand standards and tone of voice
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for social media and a deep understanding of what makes content work across platforms
  • A creative eye.You can look at a piece of work and know how to frame, cut or present it for maximum impact
  • Hands-on experience with video editing and content creation tools ( After Effects, Canva, Premiere or similar)
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone without losing the voice
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics and how to act on them
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills. You're the kind of person who keeps things moving without being chased
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills. You'll be collaborating closely with producers, creative directors and the wider team
  • Previous experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
