Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of growth, collaboration and inclusivity across the business.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while supporting the continued growth of the business.
• Stay up to date with payment industry trends, competitor activity and CreatePay’s products and services.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print and events.
• Create and manage marketing content and collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage website content and updates using WordPress, supporting ongoing SEO improvements and user engagement.
• Manage social media activity and support the planning and execution of outbound email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research, using insights to support marketing activity and report on campaign performance.
• Coordinate exhibitions, events, promotions and trade shows from planning through to delivery.
• Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure marketing activity is delivered effectively.
