Job Summary

Own Nectar’s copy discipline end to end across Digital, Social, In-store and CRM, guarding tone, style, and quality while driving engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate briefs into on-brand, impactful copy and campaigns.
  • Mentor junior team members and push fresh, trend-aware ideas into every output.
  • Stay close to industry trends to keep content inventive and credible.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • crafting engaging, compelling, and on-brand copy
  • collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of creative objectives and shape ideas that build brand credibility and drive engagement
  • ensuring consistency across tone of voice, style, and messaging across all Nectar communications and channels
  • contributing to maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship across all outputs
  • supporting the development of junior team members
  • staying close to industry trends to bring fresh and innovative thinking into the team

Requirements

  • minimum of three years’ experience in marketing copywriting
  • ideally within retail or FMCG
  • strong understanding of digital, CRM and multi-channel marketing
  • proven ability to create engaging, on-brand copy across multiple channels: Digital, Social, In-store and Direct / CRM
  • experience translating creative briefs into compelling copy solutions within an in-house creative agency
  • experience contributing to creative idea development and campaign thinking
