Job Summary

Own the in-house content engine for video, articles, and social, turning internal knowledge into published thought leadership for our own brand.

  • Content ownership: manage the end-to-end pipeline from idea to publish across video, articles, and LinkedIn using our internal knowledge base as the source.
  • Team and process: brief and supervise freelancers (video editor, thumbnail designer) to ensure output mirrors strategic thinking.
  • Foundation building: maintain the content calendar and expand the internal knowledge base for future content needs.

Job Description

  • Own AttentionGrow's marketing content across long-form and short-form video, written content including articles and LinkedIn, and graphics.
  • Research and write from our internal knowledge base, brief and manage our existing video editor and thumbnail designer, and ensure everything published reflects our client-facing strategic thinking.
  • This is a fully in-person role, based at our Stratford-upon-Avon office.
  • Research and write scripts for long-form and short-form video content.
  • Write articles and LinkedIn posts that build our own thought leadership.
  • Brief our video editor and thumbnail designer, and manage the pipeline from idea to published piece.
  • Pull examples, references, and supporting material to strengthen scripts and articles.
  • Keep a content calendar and ensure output stays consistent and on schedule.
  • Maintain and build out our internal knowledge base as a source for future content.
