Job Summary

Own and elevate the luxury hotel’s social voice by planning and publishing content across platforms, while shaping digital storytelling that grows audiences and reinforces the brand’s premium position.

  • Manage day-to-day social content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community interactions to maintain a consistently elevated presence.
  • Lead digital storytelling and asset production across campaigns, ensuring photography, video and short-form content align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, PR, F&B and operations to surface storytelling opportunities that drive guest acquisition and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the hotel and restaurant social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, community management and maintaining a consistently elevated brand presence across all platforms.
  • Develop and manage integrated social media and content calendars aligned to key campaigns, seasonal activity, partnerships, hotel moments and wider commercial priorities.
  • Own the hotel’s digital storytelling across social platforms, creating and curating compelling content that strengthens brand awareness, supports audience growth and reinforces Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London’s luxury positioning.
  • Plan, coordinate and support content production across photography, video and short-form content, ensuring assets are delivered on time and used effectively across social, website, CRM and campaign activity.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, PR, F&B and operational teams to identify storytelling opportunities that support business objectives, drive outlet visibility and contribute to guest acquisition and revenue generation.

Requirements

  • To be a successful Content & Social Manager candidate, you will have strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. You will showcase excellent communication and have a strong copywriting, editorial and storytelling capability.

Preferred

  • Ideal candidates will have proven experience within luxury hospitality, luxury travel, fashion, lifestyle or cultural brands and experience in leading shoots, managing creators and coordinating content production
