Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content programming for key Haymarket events, blending editorial insight with commercial needs and speaker strategy to deliver high impact conferences.

  • Content Research & Strategy: Collaborate across editorial and commercial teams to build differentiated agendas and compelling program formats.
  • Speaker & Stakeholder Ownership: Secure and manage high level speakers and align with industry stakeholders for sponsor-driven programs.
  • Program Execution: Own on-site delivery, progress reporting to the Head of Content, and coordination of allocated events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will conduct content research through collaboration with our editorial and commercial teams
  • Network with key stakeholders to develop strategic programs
  • Secure high-level speakers to inform and inspire our audiences
  • Report to the Head of Content and be responsible for a series of allocated events
  • Team collaboration on larger-scale events

Requirements

  • minimum of 12 months experience as a conference/content producer
  • proven track record of delivering full content programmes for commercial events
  • Using excellent research skills to write differentiated, competitive agenda
  • Securing and managing high level speakers
  • Building relationships with key industry stakeholders with editorial and commercial teams
  • Working collaboratively within an events team as a content lead, within set processes and timelines
  • Working with the Head of Content to drive innovation and implement new event ideas
  • Assisting marketing in identifying opportunities to promote our events
  • Reporting on content progress and metrics to the team and the Head of Content
  • On-site management and attendance of events
