Job Summary

Own the end to end SEO program across multiple client accounts, shaping strategy, content, technical fixes and measurement to drive commercial impact.

  • Lead keyword research, content planning and on page optimization with EEAT at the core.
  • Own SEO roadmaps and prioritise changes by expected lift in rankings, leads and conversions.
  • Collaborate with developers and marketing to fix technical issues and align launches.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Carry out keyword research and competitive/intent analysis. - Develop SEO strategies across multiple client accounts. - Own SEO roadmaps and prioritise recommendations by impact and objectives. - Identify growth opportunities through keyword research and market trends. - Optimise existing content to improve rankings, leads and conversions. - Conduct on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking, structured content and schema. - Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues. - Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO platforms. - Stay updated with algorithm changes and AI search developments, applying new ideas. - Plan, write and optimise blogs, service pages, landing pages, case studies and guides. - Produce content that supports search and commercial goals. - Repurpose content across channels to maximise reach. - Develop content calendars aligned with client objectives and marketing strategy. - Ensure content follows EEAT and current SEO best practice. - Recommend new content ideas based on research and market priorities. - Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support campaigns. - Update and maintain WordPress sites and publish new content. - Support launches with SEO best practice built in from the start. - Suggest improvements to site structure, user journeys and on-page experience. Requirements
- Proven experience delivering SEO campaigns. - Experience developing SEO strategies aligned with commercial objectives. - Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills. - Strong understanding of on-page SEO. - Good understanding of technical SEO principles. - Experience using WordPress CMS. - Experience using Google Analytics 4. - Experience using Google Search Console. - Experience using SEO platforms such as SE Ranking, SEMrush or Ahrefs. - Understanding of EEAT, GEO, AEO and evolving AI search landscape. - Ability to interpret analytics and translate findings into practical recommendations. - Excellent organisation and project management skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Experience managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities. - Experience managing Google Ads campaigns. - Knowledge of Microsoft Ads. - Experience using Looker Studio. - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. - Experience using AI tools to support research and content creation. - Understanding of CRO and UX principles. - Previous agency experience. Benefits
