Responsibilities - Capture, edit and manage the execution of content on our social media platforms - Manage the community on our social media platforms; replying to comments, messages, etc. - Capture photography and product content when needed, in the form of short-form, long-from and static content - Support product launches and campaigns from a content creation lens - Help manage content calendars and asset libraries - Support website and CRM content in the form of blogs and recipes Requirements - Strong video editing ability - Photography and content creation experience - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Good organisational skills - Strong attention to detail - Naturally curious and genuinely interested in learning new things - Strong comprehension skills; able to take a brief and translate it into action - Learns quickly and applies feedback without needing repeated direction - Self-sufficient and proactive; able to keep projects moving forward independently - Takes ownership of their work and follows tasks through to completion - Comfortable asking questions when needed, but not reliant on constant supervision - Interested in both creativity and performance; wants to understand why content works, not just how it looks - Open-minded and excited to work within a multicultural business and learn from different perspectives - A portfolio - Personal content channels - Previous content projects - Photography or videography work Benefits - Casual dress - Company events - On-site gym - On-site parking
