Job Description

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a creative Junior Content Marketing Executive to support the marketing function through high-quality photography, videography, and social-first content creation across our venues, events, and campaigns.
  • A key part of the role will be managing and publishing social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring consistent, on-brand output aligned to campaign activity.
  • This role will act as the dedicated content production resource within the team, enabling a more consistent and scalable marketing output across all channels.
  • Capture photography and videography across events and venues
  • Edit and produce engaging photo and video content for digital use
  • Create social-first content (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
  • Schedule and publish social media content across all key platforms
  • Support campaign delivery through visual asset creation
  • Maintain and organise the marketing content library
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign activity

Requirements

  • Strong photography and videography skills
  • Experience with editing tools (e.g. Adobe, Premiere Pro, Canva)
  • Understanding of social media platforms and content formats
  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
