Job Summary

Own content strategy and production to drive educational healthcare storytelling across social platforms, collaborating with clinicians and ambassadors while turning long-form material into social assets.

  • Content Ownership: Define and drive the content plan with marketing to hit brand aims.
  • Social Video: Produce, shoot, and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta with rapid trend adaptation.
  • Cross-Content Repurposing: Transform filming days, podcasts, and long-form assets into social assets and campaigns that support paid and CRM efforts.

Job Description

Own content strategy and production to grow educational healthcare content across social platforms, coordinating with clinicians and ambassadors while turning long-form material into social assets.

  • Content Ownership: Lead the content strategy and plan with the marketing team to align with brand goals.
  • Social Video: Create, film, and edit engaging short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta, with rapid iteration on trends.
  • Cross-Content Repurposing: Turn filming days, podcasts, and long-form content into social assets and campaigns to support paid and CRM efforts.
  • Audience Growth: Help grow social channels and online communities through consistent content cycles.
  • Educational Content: Collaborate with clinicians and patient ambassadors to produce healthcare-focused educational materials.
  • Trendspotting: Identify emerging content ideas and formats to stay ahead of platforms’ evolving styles.
  • Content Quality: Maintain strong attention to detail and creative execution across assets.
  • Campaign Support: Contribute to paid social creative and broader marketing campaigns.
  • CRM & Email: Assist with email and CRM content creation and alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a previous marketing/content role
  • Experience creating social-first content
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Experience with Photoshop, Canva
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable filming and creating content
  • Understanding of modern social trends and content styles
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in health, wellness or lifestyle brands
  • CRM/email marketing experience

Preferred

  • Paid social creative experience
  • Healthcare or ecommerce marketing experience
  • Experience using AI tools within content workflows

  • Base salary of £28,000 (depending on experience)
