Lead social content production for Kirta Academy, turning educational recordings into engaging Instagram/Facebook assets while keeping a consistent brand voice across programs.
- Content creation and scheduling: manage posts, calendars, and launches across platforms.
- Video editing and short-form content: produce reels and educational graphics from existing materials.
- Asset repurposing and media organization: convert webinars into multiple content assets and maintain libraries.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook
- Edit and produce short-form video content and reels
- Develop carousel posts and educational graphics
- Write captions that reflect the academy's voice and values
- Repurpose webinars and training sessions into multiple content assets
- Support content planning around launches, seasonal themes and academy events
- Organise media assets and content libraries
- Assist in generating ideas for email content from existing educational materials
- Maintain consistency across all academy brands and programmes
Requirements
- Highly organised and able to work independently
- Strong social media and content creation experience
- Excellent written English
- Comfortable working from existing recordings and materials
- Ability to manage deadlines and content calendars effectively
Preferred
- Canva proficiency
- Video editing experience
- Kajabi experience
- Access to and proficiency with your own social media scheduling software
- Interest in herbal medicine, holistic health, education, animals or personal development
