Job Summary

Own digital content operations and paid media alignment to drive lead gen in a fast on-site role.

  • Content and channel ownership: plan and manage website, social, and ads for consistent branding and performance.
  • Campaign optimization: set up, monitor, and adjust campaigns to improve ROAS and inquiries.
  • Measurement and reporting: analyze metrics and report insights to steer lead generation and sales growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage digital content across multiple channels including website, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Set up and optimize digital ad campaigns; monitor performance; adjust creative and targeting to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders; manage content calendars; write and edit copy for ads and landing pages; ensure brand consistency.
  • Analyze campaign metrics; prepare performance reports; suggest data-driven improvements to support lead generation and sales growth.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
  • Proven sales-oriented mindset, with experience aligning content and ads to drive inquiries, bookings, or revenue.
  • Marketing and advertising skills, including digital campaign planning, audience targeting, and understanding of key performance metrics.
  • Project management abilities to organize content calendars, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media platforms, online advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), and basic analytics tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all content and ads.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in West Drayton and adapt in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
  • Previous experience in transportation, hospitality, or related service industries is an advantage but not required.
