Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content and campaign engine for a professional services marketing function, turning practice insight into campaigns that drive new client acquisition.

  • Campaign and content ownership across the funnel, including inbound, landing pages, and HubSpot reporting.
  • Collaborate with BD, Practice Groups and Knowledge Lawyers to translate issues into campaigns and refresh pitch materials.
  • Leverage AI and CRM tools to scale output and improve efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute fully integrated digital campaigns and develop propositions that engage clients and prospects.
  • Develop engaging content across funnel including landing pages, social posts, emails, deal announcements, case studies, guides, handbooks, reports and video scripts.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to create high performing landing pages and CTAs for best-in-class client experience.
  • Translate key issues with Practice Groups and Knowledge Lawyers into campaign opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with campaign setup and execution, including handling inbound enquiries and HubSpot reporting.
  • Report on content and campaigns.
  • Deliver MDR ONE campaigns including articles, event takeaways, SEO updates and running the MDR ONE LinkedIn account.
  • Contribute to pitch library content and keep materials current.
  • Create and update firmwide marketing and pitching materials.
  • Coordinate updates to shared content and maintain consistency with BD and Practice Groups.

Requirements

  • Content creation expertise across multiple channels (writing experience is a must, design and video experience is a bonus)
  • Some experience of pitching, marketing, CRM or sales would be beneficial
  • Strong proficiency in technology, with the ability to use and experiment with AI to improve efficiency, solve problems creatively, and identify new ways of delivering high-quality work.
  • Facility for digital platforms, ideally CRM systems like HubSpot or equivalent would be helpful.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders, building trust and good relationships.
  • Highly conscientious and organized; able to work independently, as well as in a team
  • Positive problem solver who looks for ways to get things done
