Responsibilities

• Filming on live construction and refurbishment sites across London
• Following our engineers on maintenance visits -- plumbers, electricians, decorators -- and capturing their work
• Creating short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Photography for social media, website, and marketing materials
• Drone footage where applicable
• Editing content into finished reels, clips, and posts
• Spending time with our MD capturing behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content
• Spotting content opportunities on the day and using your initiative

Requirements

• Confident operating a proper camera -- this is non-negotiable
• Strong video editing skills
• A portfolio or examples of your work -- any subject, we just want to see what you can do
• Warm, friendly, and adaptable -- you'll be working on sites, in people's homes, and with a range of people every week
• Someone who uses their initiative and can spot a good shot without being told

• Drone operation: 1 year (preferred)
• Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
• Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
