Job Summary

Own end-to-end video content for social and YouTube across UK client shoots, from on-site capture to editing and delivery.

  • Content capture and filming across short and long form, including travel to client sites.
  • Editing, captions and hooks to maximize audience retention and platform performance.
  • Asset organization and delivery ready for scheduling so content moves quickly to publish.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Following the founder and capturing day-to-day content
  • Filming short-form reels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • Filming longer YouTube content
  • Travelling to client locations around the UK to capture case studies
  • Recording behind-the-scenes content
  • Helping create a documentary-style feel by asking questions from behind the camera
  • Capturing authentic moments rather than heavily scripted content
  • Editing short-form reels
  • Creating YouTube videos
  • Adding captions, hooks and graphics where appropriate

Requirements

  • Has experience creating social media content
  • Understands modern short-form content
  • Is confident filming on an iPhone and/or professional camera equipment
  • Has strong editing skills
  • Understands storytelling and audience retention
  • Can think creatively and contribute ideas
  • Is comfortable directing and asking questions on camera
  • Is reliable, organised and proactive
  • Is willing to travel occasionally for filming
  • Latest iPhone (or similar)
  • Professional mirrorless camera
