Own the visual storytelling pipeline for a Birmingham location, covering on-street filming, video editing, audio/podcast production, and social publishing to sustain a distinct counterculture aesthetic.

Filming: shoot high-energy tracking footage and lifestyle visuals on gimbals to build a cinematic cathedral of local culture.
Video Editing: craft 30s music-style edits and 10s social cuts with engaging voiceovers and quick clips.
Audio & Podcast: edit bi-weekly 20-minute episodes, publish to Spotify, refresh WordPress, and create teaser clips for socials.

Job Description

Filming: Hit the streets of Birmingham to shoot high-energy, smooth tracking footage of models and artists using gimbals to capture smooth, cinematic tracking shots. Capture crisp lifestyle photography alongside video.
Video Editing: Produce striking 30-second music video style video edits, quick 10-second social cuts, and engaging local interest clips with voiceovers.
Audio & Podcast Production: Edit a bi-weekly 20 minute podcast episode, upload to Spotify, update our WordPress site, and turn audio snippets into engaging social media teasers
Social Media Management: Schedule and publish regular content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, maintaining a consistent brand presence.
