Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social content engine: plan, create, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content across platforms, align with recruitment campaigns, and optimize performance through data-informed storytelling.

  • Content Production: film, edit, and produce photo, video, and graphic assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook.
  • Campaign Collaboration: partner with marketing to translate campaign objectives into creative concepts and student recruitment storytelling.
  • Performance and Optimization: monitor engagement metrics, test trends, and apply insights to improve reach and effectiveness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging photo, video and graphic content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, including content featuring both themselves and others on camera.
  • Film and edit short form and long form content including reels, interviews, promotional videos, event coverage and behind the scenes content.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas aligned with campaign objectives and student recruitment goals.
  • Produce visually appealing graphics, posters, thumbnails and digital assets while maintaining brand consistency across all brands.
  • Assist in planning monthly content calendars and scheduling content across multiple platforms.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates and viral content styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Capture content during student events, open days, graduations, campus activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with students, staff and internal teams to develop authentic and engaging storytelling content.
  • Support content performance analysis by reviewing engagement metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain organised storage of creative assets, project files and content libraries.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing or a similar creative role.
  • Strong skills in video editing and graphic design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar platforms.
  • Confident and comfortable presenting and speaking in front of the camera for creative outcomes.
  • Ability to shoot high quality content using smartphones and cameras.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, trends and audience engagement.
  • Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate understanding of branding, marketing and digital content performance metrics.
  • A motivated, creative and professional attitude.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of photography, videography and social media content strategies is preferred.
