Job Summary

Own content creation support and editorial quality for client work, focusing on drafting, repurposing, and publishing readiness across LinkedIn, blogs, and emails.

  • Content Production & Editorial Quality: Draft, format, and refine content to align with brand voice and audience needs.
  • Research-to-Delivery: Organize research materials, support content development, and ensure timely publishing with AI-assisted efficiency validated by editors.
  • Workflow & Client Communication: Coordinate content calendars, scheduling, and feedback loops to keep projects on track and aligned with client goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting and formatting content for LinkedIn, blogs, and email marketing
  • Help repurpose long-form content into social posts and other smaller assets
  • Support the preparation of content for publishing
  • Supporting client communication and feedback processes
  • Assist with managing content calendars
  • Help organise research, ideas, and supporting materials
  • Support the scheduling and delivery of client content
  • Research to support content development
  • Proofread and edit content to improve clarity and structure
  • Help maintain consistent tone and quality across client work
