Job Summary

Own end-to-end experiential leadership for healthcare briefs, balancing brand strategy, medical compliance, and ROI with tight client partnership and cross-team collaboration.

  • Own client relationships and brand alignment for congress and experiential activations.
  • Lead strategic responses to briefs with medical accuracy and agency-wide SME support.
  • Own new business within existing rosters and pitches, ensuring profitability and portfolio health.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a strategic partner for their congress and experiential needs while developing a deep understanding of their brand strategy to ensure activations deliver mutual gains and measurable ROI
  • Lead strategic responses for experiential briefs, ensuring creative concepts are factually accurate, medically compliant, and strategically on point, whilst acting as a subject matter expert across the agency
  • Proactively identify and lead new business opportunities within existing client rosters and via external pitches, taking complete responsibility for the financial success of the experiential portfolio
  • Oversee the development of complex cost proposals for large-scale builds and activations, ensuring sound financial health and smart billing practices while educating the wider Client Services team on experiential financial procedures
  • Act as the final point of quality control for all experiential projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget, whilst monitoring and measuring campaign effectiveness
  • Empower and lead a team of specialists, creating a positive culture of continued learning and fostering collaboration between Client Services, Creative, and Production

Requirements

  • Significant previous congress experience
  • Proven management and leadership skills with the ability to drive a collaborative approach across different disciplines
  • Strategic and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to flex between long-term big picture planning and day-to-day problem-solving for live events
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and experience managing large-scale project budgets
  • Proactive and self-starting, resilient and responsive to the fast-paced nature of live event environments
  • Collaborative partner who champions and celebrates the experiential discipline, motivating and inspiring others across the agency
  • Drives excellence by pushing the boundaries of what is possible in healthcare experiential
