Job Summary

Own quilting collection vision across continuity, novelty, and blenders, and build full collection worlds from patterns to binding while serving as the bridge between Liberty’s creative world and the quilting community.

  • Own the collection worlds and ensure cohesive continuity, novelty, and blender offerings.
  • Build patterns, kits, binding, and bias tape to fuel product storytelling and maker adoption.
  • Represent Liberty at trade shows in the UK and USA and connect design-ready fabrics with quilters globally.

  • Own quilting collection vision across continuity, novelty and blenders.
  • Build out full collection worlds — patterns, kits, binding, bias tape.
  • Represent Liberty at key trade shows in the UK and USA, and bridge between our creative world and the quilting community it serves.

Requirements

  • This is a role for a quilter who is also a strategist.
  • Location is flexible.

Preferred

  • Our key quilting markets are the UK, USA and Europe, and we’d love to hear from candidates with roots in one or more of those communities.
