Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Campaign Strategy: Turn the Head of Commercial & Marketing’s strategy into clear, actionable campaign plans that support the brand calendar and deliver measurable result
  • Lead Campaign Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of seasonal, brand, and product campaigns – ensuring they land on time, across every relevant channel
  • Own Content & Creative: Oversee campaign messaging and content for in-store, CRM, digital, and social – ensuring quality, relevance, and alignment to the brand
  • Collaborate with Insight: Work with the Customer Experience & Insight Lead to ground every campaign in customer behaviour, market trends, and performance data
  • Manage Creative & Production: Coordinate internal and external creatives to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned assets across key channels and formats for retail and online
  • Coordinate Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams including Operations, Commercial, Product, and International to ensure campaigns are aligned and joined up
  • Protect the Brand: Safeguard our tone of voice and visual identity across all campaign outputs, reinforcing brand consistency and customer recognition
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Line-manage the Performance & Digital Manager and Retail & Local Marketing Manager – setting priorities, supporting development, and encouraging ownership
  • Drive Performance & Learning: Set clear KPIs, review results, and use performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and impact
  • Stay Close to the Market: Monitor the competitive landscape, spotting trends and ideas to keep campaigns fresh, relevant, and commercially sharp

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced food, retail, or hospitality setting
  • Proven ability to turn strategy into creative, commercially effective campaign activity.
  • Confident using customer insight and performance data to shape messaging and channel plans.
  • Excellent creative judgement with a strong sense of brand storytelling and content quality.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation ability across digital and offline channels.
  • Experienced in briefing and working with creative agencies and production teams.
