Job Summary

Own the brand voice and visual identity for Electric Bear while coordinating across production, sales, and Taproom to deliver launches and consistent storytelling.

  • Brand Stewardship: maintain tone of voice and visual identity across digital, print, social, and packaging.
  • Campaign & Launch Ownership: plan and deliver beer launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand projects with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Content & Channel Ops: create content, manage website and emails, and align with sales and Taproom for consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the Electric Bear brand, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage and deliver marketing campaigns, customer communications and brand activity.
  • Lead creative projects, working closely with our Graphic Designer and wider brewery team.
  • Coordinate the successful delivery of new beer launches, seasonal campaigns and brand projects.
  • Create engaging content across digital, print and social media channels.
  • Manage website content, email marketing and other customer-facing platforms.
  • Collaborate with production, sales and Taproom teams to bring our beers and stories to life.
  • Help develop and grow the Electric Bear brand while maintaining our distinctive tone of voice.

Requirements

  • Experience in a brand, marketing or communications role
  • Experience managing creative projects and working with designers
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working independently and taking responsibility for projects
  • Experience in craft beer, hospitality, food & drink or a similar industry would be beneficial, but isn’t essential
