Job Summary

Own and lead multi-brand marketing strategy across Photobubble, Bookvault and Bookvault Shop, translating creative ideas into growth initiatives, directing product development, seasonal campaigns and the full paid and organic marketing mix.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Photobubble (70%) - Bring fresh ideas and lead execution of social media content and strategy, working closely with our marketing assistant who helps deliver day-to-day content.
  • Photobubble (70%) - Identify and lead product expansion opportunities, briefing our in-house developer who builds new product designs.
  • Photobubble (70%) - Create tailored offerings for seasonal moments and life events – weddings, babies, Christmas, Mother's and Father's Day, and more.
  • Photobubble (70%) - Own the wider B2C marketing mix paid social, PPC, SEO, email/CRM and conversion optimisation.
  • Photobubble (70%) - Line-manage and develop our marketing assistant.
  • Bookvault (20%) - Act as a strategic sounding board for Bookvault's marketing manager and wider team, sharing ideas and best practice as we grow our biggest brand.
  • Bookvault (20%) - Contribute to strategy discussions and campaign planning, complementing rather than duplicating the existing team's day-to-day delivery.
  • Bookvault (20%) - Help identify new opportunities to grow Bookvault's reach among independent authors and publishers.
  • Bookvault Shop (10%) - Support marketing and growth of Bookvault Shop, our storefront for titles printed through Bookvault.
  • Bookvault Shop (10%) - Help authors reach readers directly – and more profitably than via Amazon – through targeted campaigns, merchandising and promotions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' marketing management experience, ideally within ecommerce, DTC or multi-brand businesses.
  • Equally comfortable generating ideas and executing hands-on and offering strategic input to an established team.
  • A proven track record of driving growth through paid and organic digital channels.
  • Some experience line managing or briefing junior team members and in-house developers.
  • Strong analytical skills – comfortable with GA4, Meta and Google Ads, and email/CRM platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management – able to adapt from hands-on delivery to advisory input across different teams.
  • Creative flair balanced with commercial rigour.
  • Experience in gifting, ecommerce or publishing sectors is a plus, but not essential.
