Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of delivering commercial growth and building brands that connect with consumers.
  • Lead high-impact projects spanning innovation, renovation, packaging, content creation, media, shopper activation and digital retail marketing.
  • Lead the UK & Ireland strategy for ProActiv and Violife, developing consumer-first growth plans that align with regional and global brand ambitions.
  • Translate consumer insight and market trends into compelling brand plans that deliver sustainable growth.
  • Lead the delivery of projects across the full marketing mix, including innovation, renovation, packaging, partnerships, shopper marketing, digital media and content creation.
  • Ensure every activation strengthens brand equity and delivers measurable commercial results.
  • Own key brand performance metrics, helping deliver P&L commitments through effective budget management, KPI tracking and performance analysis.
  • Use data and insight to optimise campaigns and identify opportunities for continued growth.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Category, Innovation, R&D and external agency partners to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial objectives and delivers value for customers and consumers alike.
  • Bring positive energy, curiosity and accountability to the Marketing team. Champion collaboration, encourage new thinking and help build a culture focused on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Experience in Brand Management, Assistant Brand Management or a similar FMCG marketing role.
  • A strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand planning and the full marketing mix.
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns, product launches, innovation or renovation projects.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to understand performance metrics, budgets and P&L drivers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with the drive to take ownership and make things happen.
  • A passion for food, consumer brands and creating products and campaigns that people genuinely love.
