Job Summary

Own multi‑channel campaign execution and brand delivery for a national food & drink body, balancing internal collaboration with external partners to hit KPIs.

  • Brand & Digital Execution: Steer on‑time, on‑budget delivery of digital and brand materials with quality standards.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Drive campaign reviews, insights, and data‑driven improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Management: Lead the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, creating actionable briefings and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and KPIs. Collaborate with internal departments and creative agencies to develop campaign concepts and deliver multi-channel campaigns effectively.
  • Brand & Digital Execution: Monitor execution across all aspects of the marketing mix, including digital, brand marketing and production of materials. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and meet agreed quality standards.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance and insights, producing clear reports for internal stakeholders. Recommend and implement continuous improvements to optimise campaign impact.
  • Relationship Management: As the ‘in house’ agency for the full Scotland Food & Drink team, maintain regular communication with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on campaign status and anticipated resource requirements.
  • Brand & Content Management: Act as brand guardian, ensure a consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all communication materials, support industry leadership positioning and membership engagement; create assets and content; contribute to content and social media strategies including website management.
  • Project & Event Support: Collaborate on large-scale organisational projects, including membership communications, conferences, awards and Showcasing Scotland events; support planning and content integration for digital campaigns.
  • Stakeholder & Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with members and key industry stakeholders; lead engagement initiatives to foster online communities and member interaction.
  • Supplier & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with creative agencies and external suppliers, monitor performance and drive improvements.
  • Continuous Learning & Development: Refine internal processes, templates and standards; stay aware of sector trends and emerging tools to improve outputs
