Job Summary

Own visual identity and brand execution across multiple businesses, coordinating assets and content while partnering with the Brand Marketing Director and creators to deliver consistent, high quality outputs.

Creative execution: produce graphics and social assets that align with brand standards
Asset governance: organize templates, content calendars and client materials to support events and site launches
Cross-team collaboration: rollout brand standards, support presentations, and drive internal/external communications

Job Description

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality graphics and branded materials
Assist with brochures, presentations, tender documents and O&M manuals
Ensure consistency of branding across all businesses and projects
Support the rollout and maintenance of brand standards
Create social media graphics and marketing assets (in collaboration with content creators)
Coordinate marketing activity under the guidance of the Brand Marketing Director and content creators
Support website updates and digital marketing activity
Help coordinate the content calendar
Support internal and external communications
Event & activation support

Requirements

Strong graphic design ability
Good eye for detail
Strong understanding of branding and visual communication
Highly organised
Creative mindset with practical delivery ability (hands on)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / presentation software- willingness to learn.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred

Interest in construction, architecture, property or design desirable
