Job Summary

Own end-to-end campaign delivery across multi-channel marketing, turning customer insights into structured plans with measurable outcomes.

  • Campaign planning and cross‑channel orchestration across email, social, paid media, and web to hit defined KPIs.
  • Testing, targeting, and data-driven optimization to improve performance and learnings for future activity.
  • Insights and recommendations from post-launch analysis to shape messaging, prioritization, and product-launch alignment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Create campaign plans that define audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, and success measures
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to priorities, and to a high standard
  • Deliver effective campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web channels
  • Work with channel specialists to implement best practice and optimise performance
  • Use testing, targeting, and data to continuously improve results
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across product, sales, digital, and design teams
  • Support alignment of marketing activity with product launches and sales priorities
  • Track and analyse campaign performance against agreed KPIs
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future activity

Requirements

  • Experience of marketing processes and campaign delivery
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and apply learnings
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred

  • Experience in education, publishing, or a related sector
