Own employer brand delivery in the UKI, with a focus on the Northern Ireland audience across early careers and experienced professionals, and collaborate with recruitment to enable consistent brand activation.

  • Responsibilities: Support the delivery of employer brand activity aligned to the UKI Employer Brand strategy, helping to close brand gaps and strengthen key brand attributes, particularly for the Northern Ireland audience across early careers and experienced professionals
  • Responsibilities: Work closely with recruitment and candidate engagement teams, supporting them with guidance, tools and materials that enable consistent and confident employer brand activation.
