  • Influence stakeholders across CRM, Marketing, Digital and Commercial to turn insights into decisions and actions.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Responsible for analysis related to understanding customers, CRM & Loyalty, marketing performance, and broader retail Insight requirements.\n- Lead planning, prioritisation and delivery of analytical work with Agile backlog and trade-off decisions.\n- Lead a functional area of analysis while supporting wider deliverables by identifying opportunities and giving recommendations.\n- Run complex high-value analysis, forecasting and set the analytical bar with robust methods, clear recommendations and strong commercial judgement.\n- Coach and develop analysts, building technical capability, stakeholder influence and accountability culture.\n- Shape and challenge stakeholder demand, translating ambiguous questions into structured analytical approaches and building trusted relationships across CRM, Marketing, Digital, Commercial and wider teams.\n- Ensure analysis drives action, track adoption and impact, push decisions grounded in customer value.\n- Work closely with Tech, Data Science, DVA and Group Data to align on frameworks, definitions and governance, driving scalable ways of working.\n- Bring external thinking to retail analytics by staying aware of analytics usage in retail and competitor tech.\n- Support growth of new channels, Services, Digital, MarketPlace and Retail Media with key analysis.\n- Agitate the organisation to realise the art of the possible and deliver maximum value to B&Q and customers.\n- Build relationships with stakeholders across the business and translate ambitions into analytical challenges.
