Responsibilities

• Developing the affiliate channel strategy and launch plan
• Supporting network selection and programme set up
• Managing relationships with affiliate publishers
• Identifying and onboarding relevant new publisher partners
• Monitoring performance, sales, commissions and conversion activity
• Reporting progress clearly to the senior leadership team
• Ensuring the programme grows in a controlled, compliant and commercially sensible way
• Feeding insight back into the business to support ongoing improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience in the affiliate industry
• Knowledge of affiliate networks such as Awin, Optimise and Tradedoubler
• A strong publisher network, ideally within a relevant vertical
• Experience managing affiliate commercials, processes and reporting
• Strong attention to detail
• The confidence to own a project or channel from start to finish
• The ability to report clearly into senior leadership
• Good commercial judgement and a practical, hands-on approach

Preferred

• Experience in utilities, energy, broadband, telecoms or comparison services would be valuable but is not essential.
