Job Summary

Own and scale an affiliate growth engine by sourcing new partners, locking in favorable terms, and driving deposit-driven traffic for a regulated trading audience.

  • Affiliate Growth Ownership: Source and cultivate high-performing partners while managing underperformers to protect quality and volume.
  • Performance Optimization: Track traffic quality and conversion metrics to maximize CPA/hybrid revenue returns.
  • Compliance and Collaboration: Ensure campaigns meet regulatory requirements and align with marketing and operations for scalable acquisition.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow an existing affiliate network, while sourcing new partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, and traffic partners
  • Drive client acquisition through affiliate channels, with a focus on deposit-generating traffic
  • Negotiate and manage commercial terms (CPA, hybrid, revenue share)
  • Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, and conversion metrics
  • Identify and scale high-performing affiliates while managing underperforming relationships
  • Ensure all affiliate activity complies with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support campaign execution and optimisation
  • Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to improve acquisition efficiency
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in affiliate marketing within a brokerage or financial services environment.
  • Proven ability to generate partner-driven growth.
  • Existing affiliate network or strong industry connections.
  • Commercially minded, performance-driven, and comfortable managing relationships in a fast-paced environment.
