Job Summary

Own end-to-end client relationships and multi-channel content marketing programs for 3–6 fast-growth clients, translating business goals into actionable strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and mentoring a small marketing team to drive growth and measurable results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Leading Client Relationships: Manage and own relationships with 3 - 6 clients, working directly with CEOs and marketing teams to drive impactful marketing strategies.
Shaping Strategies: Turn high-level business goals into actionable content marketing plans that deliver measurable results for fast-growth, entrepreneurial businesses.
Overseeing Execution: Ensure the flawless delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement where needed.
Managing & Developing the Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3 marketers, a mix of Senior Marketing Managers and Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Driving Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and evolve Create Engage’s service offering, ensuring we stay at the cutting edge of content marketing.
Owning Results: Take accountability for client success, making data-driven decisions to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement.

A competitive salary – £50,000 to £60,000, depending on experience.
