Monitor social performance and identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsorships and partnerships, managing communications and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
Support the development and maintenance of strong partner relationships aligned with brand and business objectives.
Develop and distribute marketing emails and newsletters to promote products, events, and company updates.
Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, engagement) and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage the marketing email inbox to ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication.
Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, and industry activations, including logistics coordination and promotional support.
Assist with on-site event execution as needed.
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
Experience managing social media platforms and performance tracking (e.g., open rates, click-through rates).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with external partners, sponsors, and internal teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
