Job Summary

Own media monitoring and influencer coordination to secure coverage, track results, and report insights for PR programs.

Media tracking and reporting: monitor features across online and print outlets and compile coverage decks.
Influencer operations: assist gifting, sample flow, and movement tracking to support campaigns.
Showroom and campaign support: curate visuals and help execute PR campaigns, events, and mailers.

Help curate and maintain our showrooms, including visual merchandising
Contribute to the creative execution of PR campaigns, events, and mailers

Requirements

Available to work in-person at our LA office three days a week, from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Enthusiastic about contributing across all agency verticals, with a strong focus on influencer marketing
Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills are a must.

Preferred

Experience with LaunchMetrics, Lefty, Muckrack is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred
