Job Summary

Own access strategy execution and cross-functional alignment to unlock provider engagement and patient understanding in pharma launches.

Growth Infrastructure: Lead integrated access strategies translating care model priorities into marketing execution and align with FRMs and stakeholders.
Messaging & Education: Develop provider and patient education strategies to boost engagement across channels.
Cross-functional Launch & Enablement: Oversee budgeting, agency coordination, launch readiness, and field-force enablement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead integrated access strategies and plans that translate care model priorities into effective marketing execution.
Serve as a subject matter expert for provider access strategy, patient journey planning, segmentation, and resource development.
Partner closely with the brand team, Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs), Market Access and key stakeholders to advance access priorities, align messaging, and support efficient resource utilization.
Develop specific messaging and educational strategies that enhance provider engagement and patient understanding.
Guide digital and content initiatives that strengthen the provider and patient experience across channels.
Collaborate with the Training team to strengthen field force effectiveness through clear messaging, tools, and enablement support.
Lead APS strategic brand planning to ensure alignment with brand imperatives.
Support financial planning cycle, purchase order tracking, and ongoing monthly budget management.
Contribute to cross-functional launch readiness.
Oversee agency coordination, budget management, and executional pull-through.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required.
8+ years of marketing experience with the ideal candidate having some previous pharma experience.
Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills.

Preferred

Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.
