Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to develop assets and messaging that accelerate revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that support pipeline and revenue objectives.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to launch campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
Lead webinar strategy, planning, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up to drive audience engagement and lead generation.
Manage webinar logistics, speaker coordination, registration campaigns, audience communications, and performance reporting.
Own day-to-day social media channel management and employee social media engagement strategies, including content scheduling, publishing, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with content, creative, product marketing, and sales teams to develop campaign assets and messaging.
Execute email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and audience segmentation initiatives.
Leverage digital marketing programs including paid media, content syndication, SEO, and website promotions.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on key metrics, lead generation, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and project timelines to ensure on-time execution.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, campaign management, or B2B marketing.
Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, particularly email, webinars, and social media.
Strong webinar program management experience, including strategy development, platform administration, promotion, and reporting.
Experience managing corporate social media channels, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
Working knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing, lead management, and marketing funnel best practices.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with experience leveraging project management tools like Asana or Wrike.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, product management, executives and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
B2B SaaS technology and ecommerce experience preferred.
