Maintain project management tools and calendars for upcoming events, media opportunities, and engagements while providing timely weekly and bi-weekly reports such as media monitoring summaries and business development metrics.
Support the implementation of employer branding strategies and ensure alignment across internal and external communications touchpoints.
Coordinate press release distribution and assist executives in creating thought leadership content and submission-ready industry publications.
Manage corporate media subscriptions and vendor partnerships, including renewal tracking and account oversight.
Assist in preparing and submitting industry award applications and recognition program materials in accordance with set requirements.
Project manage PR initiatives amongst internal Apex team and third party agencies or strategic partners

Requirements

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments while managing multiple deliverables effectively.
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with vendor management and subscription oversight preferred.
Familiarity with compliance workflows and initiatives in regulated industries will be considered a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Previous internship or entry-level experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
