Job Description

Responsibilities

Creative Strategy and Direction - Oversee and guide the creative strategy for assigned client TikTok accounts, incorporating client marketing initiatives, TikTok trends, and insights from the Amie Growth team - Collaborate with the Growth team to identify successful performance-related strategies and integrate them into organic content - Conduct platform research to identify high-performing content strategies within client categories and among competitors Content Management and Production - Assign and brief creators on a weekly and monthly basis to deliver scoped TikTok content aligned with strategy - Process, edit, and deliver all creator-submitted content - Film and produce original TikTok content on a weekly and monthly basis - Attend founder shoots and brand events to capture and edit engaging content Posting and Scheduling - Manage daily account posting, including writing captions and scheduling content - Optimize posting strategy based on client initiatives, TikTok trends, and paid ads data Trend Research - Quickly identify and execute on TikTok trends that align with client brand and objectives - Stay on top of competitor and category activity to inform content direction Client Communication and Collaboration - Meet regularly with clients to understand marketing initiatives, brand voice, and goals - Lead creative brainstorming sessions with clients to explore future opportunities - Manage client-facing platforms like Airtable and Google Drive to deliver scoped content Analytics and Reporting - Prepare monthly organic performance reports to inform and refine strategy

Requirements

Required : Skilled in conceptualizing, filming, and producing high-quality TikTok UGC content
Required : Comfortable in client-facing roles with strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, and presentation)
