Job Summary

Own the partnership marketing program for a prediction-market client, driving program quality, asset management, and ROI tracking across sponsorships, events, and platform partnerships.

Growth/Partnership Management: oversee day-to-day client service, strategy, planning, budgets, schedules, and documentation.
Program Execution & Asset Management: conceive and implement customized programs, manage asset trafficking and approvals, and support on-site or talent needs.
Measurement & Relationship Ops: drive sponsorship ROI processes and vendor relationships, with materials to support programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day management of a partnership marketing client in the prediction market.
Responsibilities: Ensure that client continually receives superior service, thinking and communication from Allied Sports and that strategy, insights, planning, programs, tactics, executions, budgets, schedules, documentation stay on track.
Responsibilities: Conceive, develop, and implement concepts, including customized programs and platforms, that build the client’s brand and provide a foundation to drive client business growth.
Responsibilities: Manage client’s partnership assets including trafficking and asset creative.
Responsibilities: Assist with managing the client-property approvals process.
Responsibilities: Support tactical implementation/coordination at any programs where agency staff is needed. Specific services could include on-site presence, implementation, talent management, hospitality management, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities: Help manage the sponsorship measurement and return on investment process in conjunction with all programs. Manage the creation of implementation and tracking materials, as needed, to support programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities: Manage client-vendor relationships and coordinate necessary deliverables on behalf of client.
Responsibilities: Help manage any program and event related budgets.

Requirements: 8-12 years of experience across specific disciplines such as sponsorship, asset management, and strategy.
Requirements: Success at agency or client-based account management roles; specific disciplines could include partnership marketing, event marketing, creative services, public relations and / or media
Requirements: Ability to foster relationships across internal and external partners
Requirements: Development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategies on behalf of clients/companies
Requirements: Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and with a larger team
Requirements: Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to communicate such thoughts proactively, efficiently, and passionately
Requirements: Practical experience or interaction with advertising, media, PR and/or promotional agencies
Requirements: Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills
Requirements: A positive and collaborative attitude that is team oriented and makes others excel
Requirements: Ability to travel 30% of the time
Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Requirements: Able to work weekend, holiday and non-traditional hours, as required

Nice_to_have: Prior golf and sports sponsorship experience preferred
