Responsibilities

Own the Creative Process
Develop concepts grounded in customer insight, not just trends
Finding relevant footage within our existing content library
Identifying specific footage, scenes, or images we still need
Briefing and working with creators and videographers to produce new content
Helping select models who align with the Kumori brand or a specific campaign
Planning and directing new photo and video shoots with specific social angles in mind, and reviewing output with our photographer
Pairing new angles with dedicated landing pages so the message carries from ad to page
Editing videos using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
Creating static advertisements using Canva, Claude Design, or similar tools

Requirements

Real experience developing and producing paid social creative for a DTC ecommerce brand
A portfolio of ads you conceived and produced, and the ability to explain the thinking behind them and how they performed
Fluency in direct response fundamentals: hooks, angles, offers, and why an ad wins or loses
Comfort reading performance data and letting it shape the next round of concepts
Ability to take an idea from concept to finished asset independently
Comfortable providing direction to creators and videographers
Highly organized and able to manage multiple concepts, assets, and projects at once
Self-motivated, dependable, and consistently ahead of deadlines
Consistently engaged with social media, advertising, and emerging creative trends
Genuine interest in Kumori and the products we are building
