Job Summary

Gain hands on social content experience across platforms while watching how an agency runs multiple brands, with frequent feedback and guidance from senior creatives.

Own entry level content creation across major platforms and asset management to learn the end to end process.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms.
Create social media graphics, captions, stories, reels, and short-form video content.
Support content planning and content calendar development.
Research trends, hashtags, creators, and emerging social media opportunities.
Observe how social media strategies are developed for different brands and industries.
Sit in on internal brainstorms, content planning meetings, and select client check-ins.
Assist with gathering assets, organizing content libraries, and preparing materials for campaigns.
Learn how agencies manage multiple brands and content calendars simultaneously.
Assist with photography, video shoots, and behind-the-scenes content creation.
Capture basic photo and video content for social media under team guidance.

Requirements

Current student, recent graduate, or early-career creative interested in marketing, communications, public relations, media, journalism, advertising, or related fields.
Active on social media and understand current platform trends.
Experience creating content for social media, whether through personal projects, coursework, student organizations, or freelance work.
Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar content creation tools is a plus.
Enjoy writing, storytelling, photography, videography, or digital content creation.
Open to feedback, comfortable communicating, and enjoy collaborating with a small team.
Organized, reliable, accountable, and able to manage multiple projects.
Eager to learn, contribute ideas, and take initiative.
Genuinely interested in branding, social media, content marketing, and digital storytelling.
Candidates must provide examples of social media content, photography, and/or videography work.

Preferred

Photography or videography experience.
Experience managing personal, student organization, or business social media accounts.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or social scheduling tools.
Interest in marketing or digital advertising.
