Job Description

Responsibilities

Shadow the CEO, make executive decisions in their absence, and take initiative to achieve business results.
Support team members on client projects as needed, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Coordinate logistics for events, including Circle of Ten dinners and other company gatherings.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
Maintain organized digital and physical files, project databases, and administrative records.
Assist with public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, media communications, and event announcements.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, photos, videos, and captions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Marketing/Social Media role; experience in interior design or creative industries is a plus
Proficient in social media platforms, content creation tools (Canva, and etc.), and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience in construction is a significant bonus

Preferred
