Responsibilities

Own the Americas Healthcare Marketing Plan, defining the vertical field marketing strategy, landing the Zscaler narrative in-market through regional activations, and managing an execution calendar and scorecard aligned to revenue targets
Design, deploy, and optimize multi-touch integrated campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage hospital buying committees and drive deal progression
Curate high-touch CXO programs and lead the field marketing activation strategy at major healthcare industry events, including HIMSS, CHIME, and ViVE
Own and track the vertical marketing scorecard, leading regular pipeline reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with sales and marketing leadership to share data-driven insights

Requirements

Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
8–10+ years of B2B field marketing, demand generation, or solutions marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software, cloud, or cybersecurity
Significant experience marketing directly into Healthcare provider organizations, including Health Systems, IDNs, and Hospitals
Demonstrated track record of building trusted partnerships with enterprise sales leaders
Hands-on experience with modern MarTech stacks, including Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase/6sense, and Definitive Healthcare
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred

Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency
Deep familiarity with healthcare decision-making structures and industry compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and HITECH
Proven track record leveraging data and buyer intent signals to drive high-converting campaigns in a B2B market
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proven executive presence presenting vertical strategy and pipeline performance in executive QBRs and to senior leadership
