Job Summary

Own the content planning and social execution for client brands, turning shifts in culture into repeatable content pipelines and calendar discipline.

Content Strategy & Planning: Shape proposals, calendars, and asset kits; translate priorities into visuals and copy.
Social Engagement & Community: Publish, monitor, and respond across major platforms; manage influencer outreach.
Performance & Compliance: Track metrics, optimize content, and coordinate regulated submissions for approvals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to generate ideas for content proposals, short-form videos, content edits, and other multimedia content formats.
Organize, support strategy, and plan monthly content calendars and toolkits, ensuring copy, creative assets, links, and campaign details are organized, accurate, and ready for internal and client review.
Build the client content proposals by entering specific content pillars, marketing and product priorities, top-line strategy, and swipe to visually represent the defined creative.
Conduct ongoing research on trends, and audience preferences to inform content development.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continuously enhance content and content strategies as well as workflows.
Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to inform content strategy.
Assist in managing client presence on social media channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and SnapChat.
Assist in writing social copy for all appropriate platforms and help develop voice and tone for clients
Organize, strategize, and plan monthly content calendars.

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years overall working experience in social media and/or digital marketing for brands.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Meta, X, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, SnapChat, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
Able to communicate professionally in both a verbal and written format.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying abreast of industry trends and developments. Digitally connected and curious.
Must love calendars, organization, and have an impeccable eye for detail.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Preferred

Knowledge and understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and/or video editing is a plus.
